Reservations with less than 72 hours must be requested by phone.
Walk-in reservations are accepted if available.
Reservations must be reconfirmed by phone the same day before noon.

Attire – Dress Code
Smart (Dressy) . Jackets and ties are not required for gentlemen, but are not out of place.
Beach or athletic clothes or shoes are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted at Drolma. We offer a selected range of cigars.
Cell Phones
While we realize the importance of cellular phones in an ever changing world, we kindly request that guests refrain from cell-phone use in the dining room as a courtesy to fellow diners.
